Volunteer release and hold harmless agreement

Volunteer has agreed to perform work on a complimentary basis for The Big Woof LLC (“Company”) at The Big Woof Festival (“Event”) held at Regatta Park (“Venue”). The Volunteer can participate on Saturday, January 17, 2026, and/or on Sunday, January 18, 2026.

The Volunteer agrees that he/she will be engaging in activities that may include climbing on ladders, proximity with plants and animals in the Venue (i.e., ants, bees, spiders, cats), carrying heavy objects, and using tools, to name a few.

The Volunteer agrees that he/she will be exposed to dogs from visitors attending the Event. The Volunteer agrees and understands that his/her exposure to the dogs may lead to scratches, cuts, bites and/or other illnesses as is common when exposed to such dogs.

In consideration of permitting the Volunteer at the Event, the Volunteer agrees on behalf of him/herself, his/her executors or administrators, heirs and assigns, to waive any and all claims, actions, loss, liability, damage, including attorney’s fees, he/she may have against the Company, its officers, directors, and/or employees, and agents and Venue owner arising out of his/her volunteering, or from any related activity, for the Company.

 Volunteer confirms that he/she is 18 years of age or older.
